Only been a few of times, so can't compare it to the other stores, that said I found everything I was after, staff were very friendly and restaurant although busy wasn't absolutely packed.  Car park can get busy, although we didn't have any trouble getting in or out.  Great location just a couple of minutes of off the M4 and A4.

Brilliant store.  Very modern. Used the multi faith room. Really happy.  Just once concern, it shouldn't have music in there. Multi faith room is about contemplating,  quietness and prayers

Ridiculous store and ridiculous management. I went Ikea's store in Reading today to return a defective piece of furniture that I bought last week only to find out that the store was closed because "...it is not safe for us to open today"; which is fine if you consider that half and inch of snow poses a serious threat to safety... but you could have at least advised about the closure on your website (or somewhere) so people like me would not have had to get there for nothing... 

Now I will need to come back again to return the item... who is going to pay for my lost time and fuel then?

Love going to IKEA. Disappointed to find the place closed today however just because of a little snow. OK if the weather was still bad  but no snow was forcast for today. Foolish decision in my opinion!

This is a great IKEA store.
Great parking, especially if you've got kids as you can park right near the front (or lifts to the shops). However, you may be stuck waiting for a parking space, if you go there at peak times. 

I turned up at 3pm one Saturday and it took 30 mins to get into the parking space. On the other hand, there were no queuing or traffic 6.30pm on a weekday!

Store is big, greatly designed, and the restaurant is great too. My 2 year old daughter had cutlery, a high chair and plenty of space to enjoy a family meal. (Can't go to IKEA without trying the meatballs!)

Definitely better than the Wembley IKEA
