Quite a good selection of stock. It's a little messy so can be hard to find what your looking for. We spoke to 3 members of staff one was helpful but the other two didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Still popular despite an IKEA opposite. Many items chosen online where not in stock in Reading store. Roller blinds scattered across floor, lack of staff on shop floor. Staff pleasant and helpful at checkout.

I really like Dunelm I have never been in there before there was such a good wide variety of bedding and soft furnishings at really good prices they stocked lots of things I will definitely be going back

Lots of useful household products & also a lot that I wouldn't know what use they would be 
Cafe is really good I brought a sandwich that was grilled then served on a China plate with an unexpected salad. Just that little bit extra customer service is much appreciated
