Never any small trollies - need more ordered.nNever enough staff on tills - hire more, so we wait 25 mins usually.nIsles always full of workers with big crates loading up shelves making getting around store harder. Restock at night.nIf they sort this then they get 4*. One removed as they don't sell all they did pre Xmas - irritating.nCongleton, Hanley and trent vale don't have issues as bad as here. Cafe is lovely with friendly staff.nnCome on tesco you're profits are sky high - reward your customers with better service as detailed above.
A standard Tesco Extra. Longton Tesco is all on one floor and has a cafe, clothes shop, pharmacy, a Holland and Barrett, travel money counter, and more. It is a shame that there is no changing room to try on clothes, I'd buy more from the store if there was one.nnThere are customer toilets available, but they are slightly hidden away in the cafe area to the immediate right of the main entrance, behind security and past the travel money.nnThe car park is large and have never had an issue finding a space. The Tesco is also easily accessible on foot from Longton train and bus stations, and is very central.
Great shop with fantastic choices.nTheyve changed where the atm is although more central its in the narrowest part of the path which makes a private transaction a little too public for me.
Fairly large shop, great range of products. When I was in the shop it was very smelly and closed much earlier than it should have. Large car park, good staff, even has a cafe.
Today, went to the chemist to get a prescription filled stood in quite a large queue over 5 minutes, in that time no one served, got fed up went to the Well chemist in the Strand and got served within seconds. It's not the first time I've been Tesco Pharmacy always you have to wait but this is the last time.
