Unfortunately, I don't recommend this branch because of a sneaky security guard who secretly records shoppers on his phone without their consent. When asked what he's doing, he explains that he's talking to his sick wife... secretly haha. Instead of buyers, he should record some cashiers who double-scan products at the register or the beard that is everywhere, especially at the cash registers, which should not happen in a food store.
Although most of them are friendly, I came across a grumpy gay person who was not helpful. He treated me like I am thief

Great value, wots not to like
Lidl is easily the best supermarket here in the UK. Not only do they not have self check outs, but btw is a good thing to keep people in work and bring better customer service, but they also pay their staff properly.nI used to go the one in Newcastle Under Lyme regularly for my weekly shop. However, I have moved now, so this one is now close by. This one is bigger than the one in Castle and produces quality goods as always.
