This is a pretty unpleasant shop: cold, dreary, poor signage on aisles and understaffed so there is always a wait when a problem occurs with the self-checkout tills, which is frequently. Shelf pricing is sometimes wrong, or special offers fail to be applied at the till. Hygiene is sometimes lacking, as in photo of meat cabinet. On the plus side staff are friendly.

Did deliveries today and ended up here — the bag was miraculously ready, even though it was a huge order. I did accidentally drop one bag that contained mayo, but Sophie was unbelievably patient and calm while juggling another big packing job. She quickly helped replace the damaged items and still managed to stay on top of everything. Thanks to her, I was able to get back on track and complete the delivery without more delay.

This new Sainsbury's supermarket store with an Argos collection point and Sainsbury's petrol station is in the perfect location sitting on the border of Staffordshire and Cheshire. It's a very large store that as a mass stock of products making it the ideal place for a one stop family shop. It offers everything from fresh to frozen and even allows you to click and collect online orders from Argos. It as plenty of parking with a huge car park which is free for in-store shoppers. It as it's own petrol station which doesn't have a kiosk so pay at pump only but it's prices are competitive. The location is easy to reach from both both North Staffordshire and Cheshire east. Very clean and fresh store with friendly and helpful staff.

Usually good experience compared to lidl.nnBut recently seeing a trend that when we scan things using our necter card.its not showing the necter price, instead its showing its original price.nnHad two experience when scanning mushrooms,it’s showing it’s original price.hence ,every time i have to take picture  of the price tag and show that to those employees when self checkout.nnCould have improve this

Large shop, very many different products. There are self-service checkouts. There's also a bakery. And they also do pizza. Overall a good shop. On the downside, it is more expensive than other shops and there are a lot of dangerous people near the entrance. There's a Starbucks.
