This store is honestly one of the nastiest places I've been. The toilets always stink, broken toilet seats and damp mould from broken plumbing. The poor staff are always using the baby changing facilities as a pram user this is annoying, presumably because they don't have a staff toilet that's more convenient for them. Shame on management the cafe is problematic, all meat and meat substitutes are fried in the same oil. The full menu is never available and they're always short staffed. 1 member of staff cooking, cleaning and it just doesn't work. The general store is a mess and there are always people replenishing the shelves with cages on the shop floor blocking up aisles. The staff are all lovely. Never had a problem with the friendliness of the staff. But I avoid this place whenever I can.
2nd time I've been harrased at the self service by the same member of staff..n1st time I stopped shopping heren2nd I just went in for sugar and then had her press buttons for me.nAre you really that concerned about 30p shopping bags?nYou have all of this CCTV and yet it's not enough to stop shop lifters?
Good selection of food and clothes also had cards, toys and fresh fruits
Getting sick of nothing being done about people who abuse the disabled parking bays. Some people need to park there, yet the store does nothing about people who don't or worse use more than one bay. Really doesn't help the store has now reduced the number of disabled bays by putting a Timpsons unit on two of them. I'm going to stop using stores that don't support their disabled customers to access them.nnIt is just disgusting that lazy customers are deemed more important than disabled ones. Not being able to park is stopping me from being able to access my medication because I can't get to the pharmacy.
Went in to purchase a cake and use the printing service. Went through all the process of design etc which took 10mins printed the ticket around 5 to eight then ticket says ready collect by 8pm , i thought yeah great only to find empty bakery section. Went to find a colleague who was more than helpful to try find out who could help me only to come back and say theyve all gone home so i asked him could i speak to the store manager again after another 10min wait as he was obviously too busy he eventually came and i was met with the same blunt response of sorry cant help you theyve all gone home. When i asked why is it not signed/advertised that post 8pm there is no service to which i was told we dont have to....at that point i thought wow, i left my trolley with the other bits i was going to buy and left the store. Store manager has about as much customer service as a dried roasted peanut and to manage a store or anywhere where you are not trained and competent in all areas of the business is astounding to say the least! Went to aldi spent my money there
