Shopped here late-ish on a Sunday night, so great hours and very convenient for people staying in the town to be able to pick up a few necessities at times most places would be closed. Used the self service checkout and had a quick, smooth, shopping experience.
A great shop in Kendal.nnProbably one of the best shops in Kendal or even the best. Prices are okay. Food is good. Overall fantastic.
Small, lots of dodgy looking people, drunkards, and there was a disgusting smell from a man being arrested at the tills while we were paying, worse tesco I've ever been in.
Just nipped in for a sandwich for lunch. Tried using the self checkout till and it was playing up. The woman behind the till was talking down to me in front of a queue of customers and threw me a look. I waited in line and a pleasant you man served me. Perhaps the miserable looking woman should find a job elsewhere. Somewhere that customers don't visit. Like Hull for example.
Top guys amazing service with a smile everytime! Pop in very often as work opposite. These guys are all an absolute credit to Tesco and make even the most anxious shopper feel at ease! And they remember what I buy Gin nThe staff make this shop!nIf I could give 10 stars I would nThank you all for being on the front line for people needing essentials during this crisis
