Excellent choices of fresh foods, staff are always extremely helpful and a huge thanks to Bev for going that extra mile in helping us with something we could not see and spoke with the Deli team who were able to provide for us. Christmas ordering service is first class.
A visit to the cafe today with a good old friend.. Good standard of coffee and scones with jam and cream... only real criticism is it seemed a bit chaotic behind the counter.. it took an age to get served.... I can't really suggest what they could do to improve... that said. I visit their cafe at booths in Windermere which seems much more efficient. A suggestion for management is to look at this ...
First time shopping in Booths. Great supermarket, comfortable to shop in, more expensive than the average supermarket but the quality and customer service were brilliant. They also had free canvas paper for my daughter to draw on!
What a nice town supermarket. I was surprised with the range they sell. I could eat healthy from here, compared to other supermarkets where they only give you the choice of HSFS products. The staff are very nice, apart from the one that served me at the check out, but that is understandable, management had forgotten about her lunch break!
Nice supermarket in Kendall. Good selection of everything! Make sure you get a ticket in the car park you can get the first hour free if you spend more than £10 at the store.
If you have not been to Booths and you want quality produce it is a place to visit. There isn't a store in North Manchester where we live, so it is always a special visit. If anyone who is on the planning team for new stores, reads this review, our area could give you many new customers!
A fantastic supermarket with unique products. A cheap enough car park and lovely cafe on the lower ground floor. Some lovely bits to pick up for a special treat
Plenty of space and seating downstairs in Booths Artisan coffee shop/ restaurant. Queue as in all coffee shops. Coffee, snacks and food all good. Waiting staff tidy up and wipe all surfaces after use. Nice place with space for pushchairs etc.
Stopped off in Kendal for a few hours on our way to Blackpool. Went into the cafe at Booths for lunch. Lovely cafe and staff were helpful. The prices are very reasonable. Lovely place and relaxing for a bite to eat and a lovely cup of tea.
The service was very poor and was pedestrian at best. Stella, who served me today, was very rude and the slice of cake that I paid £2.95 for was so thin you could see through it! The customer service was awful and I will be very happy to never go back.
