5 stars for the best cakes in kendal, all made there in house! Staff are great and great selection 0f chocolate, crisps, magazines, frozen foods etc. The best spar in kendal!

Really nice local shop, it has a very nostalgic old school atmosphere to it right down to the pie counter and video (DVD rentals). The pies and cakes are top notch easily beating out Greg's.

friendly staff and great range of everyday items at good prices. Cashpoint and Payments available. Fantastic cakes!

This shop is the backbone of Kendal and surrounding area, people come from miles as it's by far the best Spar in and around Kendal It's open at 6am when we've been down nice corned beef and fresh steaks to feed the Slow Cooker why one star missing you ask, well they don't sell streaky Bacon ;-)
