Good superrmarket with a good selection of quality food. We found here things impossible to find somewere else in Stafford such as the Argentinian Dulce de Leche, good squid rings and all the flavours of the Hagen Daz ice creams.nIn the shop you have also handy facilities like the photo passport machine and ATM.
Staff are rude. Carting a small child around with my car keys out and a whole load of shopping and they refuse to serve me red bull. I said nothing and she was just the most rude woman. I don’t drink alcohol so didn’t have ID after rummaging around in my bag. I’m over 30. Never shopping here again. I think instead of playing some sort of power play be kind about it and don’t embarrass people who aren’t even buying alcohol. Disgusting
I know it is only a supermarket but the staff are friendly and helpful, the store is nicely set out , and you get refunded for your parking.
Unless unless you are driving a car forget being able to park hear to do your shop. There is a hight barrier at the entrance. I had to go and pay and park a 5 min walk away. Which is not ideal when you have a disability. The store itself was fine with a argos collection point inside too. Personally won't be using again becouse of the parking restrictions
I dread when anything goes wrong in this store because of the customer service. O returned a raw loaf of bread to ask for a baked loaf of bread and have had a straight up refund on rotton meat. Having contacted online customer services about another faulty item i attended the store where neither sbury customer services or argos could help me. A manager was consulted off the shop floor who went against the online customer service representative & refused an exchange. The manager did not come out to speak to me themselves. I have contacted customer services online again today.
