Always a easy shop to navigate with some great deals by today's prices anyway
Ordered online and it came in the allocated time slot, only to find that 21 items I'd paid for were missing! I called and they said the delivery drivers missed some of our bags off the van, and said they'd get it to us between 7 and 9 that evening... but it never came! Won't order off them again
A little difficult to find, tucked away behind a mainly empty precinct, but well worth the effort. Normal Iceland quality and prices in a well stocked and tidy/clean store, with hand sanitizer right by the entrance door. Every thing laid out well with clear signs for price. The staff were both very friendly and helpful. Will defo use again.......
Price's seem to be going down & alot more deals
A member of family had a medical incident in the Stafford branch and I was so impressed with the way the staff dealt with it. Two young female members of staff in particular went above and beyond. They were compassionate, caring, very helpful and last of all professional. So grateful, many thanks.
Parking is cheap and right next door. Haven't seen Kerry Catona, Bjork or my mum in there.
I’m finished with this shop. Every time I go in there is an issue. 3 for 12 quid it says in the freezer only for it not to take off the multi buy discount. Pot noodle said 70p as you come in through the door. Scanned at £1. Just bought some wraps. £1 on shelf. £1.25 they scanned at. Just done my sons lunch for tomorrow. Bought some toffee filler crepes which are individually wrapped for his lunchbox. They expired the day before I bought them. I give up. The prices are all over the place. They never scan the right price. Now dated items. It’s not Iceland as a whole. Just this store. Avoid.
Good choice of food and 10 pound specials.
A complete waste of time, petrol and effort. Even Iceland’s own website advertises that this store is open at 8am, but on visiting the store, I find the shutters down and the sign on the door saying that they do not open until 9. It would be nice if shops such as these were to cater for working people and not give out false information.
Well stocked, pleasant staff
