Great store , being Tesco expressnIts big but not as big as Tesco regular store , but great for convenience as it sells a wide range of products from groceries to shamooo, cleaning productsnMedicines , breakfast foods , Fresh fruit and veg , frozen and canned goods bread , milk , but have really nice sandwhiches , cheese and ham , chicken mayo , very handynNewspapers and magazines .nYeah, good convenience type store .
They say we close at 10 but im now front the shop at 9.44 pm and they are closed !!!
Have had a few bad experiences in this store but today was the final straw customer service doesn’t happen here trying 2send to small parcel evri machine is on for a change website says it working print label go to counter refuse parcel as no space on shelf looks pretty empty to me so called manager Jamie says am not taking them shop is a joke attitude even worse I know they get a lot of problems in this store but really ther is a service they should be providing it will not be using store again really should look at there customer service as none in this store
So slow!!! It’s like they have no clue about customer service . Talking to each other .. distracting … instead of helping to keep things moving . They forget without customers there would be no job !!!!
Reposting again;nnSuch a worst persons working over there. No one cares about anything. They have time to chat and smoke outside the shop.nThere is one small lady and a tall boy always chatting teach other and doing nothingnnSome staff don't know how to handle customers.nnReposting, Still the same to all the customers. Especially the small lady.
