Had a great experience at the Asda Chesser pizza counter today . 2 girls Georgia and Logan were rushed off their feet but still very polite,friendly and patient with me when creating my own pizza as this was my first time. Lovely to see

This is a largish sized store but not a supercentre, we were a little disappointed on visiting compared to other supercentres we have been in. There was an ok selection of items however there was very little chicken available on the shelves and there were some others items looking a bit sparse. The layout was also a little strange with items you would expect to be kept together separated into different aisles. It has been a few months since we have been in an asda and the prices have really gone up more so than other supermarkets for instance we now regularly shop in Sainsburys and I'd say they were cheaper on a lot of the produce. We also tried the McDonalds in store the staff were great but again the layout was strange with the food and drinks on separate sides of the collection areas.
Rude and incompetent staff terrible delivery they often use Uber . They make it difficult to get refunded . Even when it’s all their fault. Like many once valued British Brands , they’ve outsourced their customer service abroad and in Edinburgh staffed thrift shops with the thickest and rudest they can find . If this review gets ghosted I’ll write an even worse one on Pilot.
Asda, one of the best and cheapest convenient stores in Edinburgh UK. The store at Chesser is beautifully constructed. The customer service is very good. An all round good store with good and affordable clothing line. George's clothing.
Okish branch. They could take care more on the fruit section, is kinda mess most of the time. Damage fruit and they don't retired it and near the entrance door you have flies fast. Having a McDonald's when walking out from checkouts is awful too, lots of rude delivery guys crashing to you or nearly miss. Nice corner place to print photos.
ASDA Chesser is the superstore which remains open for 24 hours , if you want to buy anything at a reasonable cost, you should visit here. The store is very big and has a lot of parking space. A wheelchair accessible place . For the shopper who wants some fireworks , this is the place where you can get it. One thing which was quite small was the World food section and had less items compare to Gyle Tesco . Overall things were good here . The store remains busy compared to other stores l.
Racist self service check out woman 18/11/2022 17:00, she tried to speak to myself and husband about "rude foreigners" completely unacceptable and inappropriate, this is not the first time I have been in the store and heard her say very inappropriate things. Why hasn't this been dealt with?
Good stuffed supermarket and lots of offers
We are in the queue at the only checkout open ,we are the 9th trolly on the queue This is a bloody disgrace , all they want is us to use self-service, all these people in this queue do not want to use self-service, GET YOUR FINGER OUT ASDA , START THINKING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS OR WE WILL SIMPLY GO ELSEWHERE ITS YOUR LOSS .
