Arrived at 5 mins before closing to get some emergency Calpol for my little girl. Gentlemen told me he has already locked the doors and cannot let me in. Even after I told him all I wanted was Calpol and it was an emergency for my baby daughter. He smiled and shook his head telling me to go elsewherennIl be putting in a formal complaint. Your website states the shop shuts at 10pm on Sundays not 09:56. Plus this place was already locked up so likely shut even earlier.
The staff in this shop are always really helpful, 10/10 for customer service. Especially Ben, Connor and Jay....all young members of staff, who were very patient and helpful to an old lady struggling to use Google pay! Nothing was too much trouble.
Excellent shop if you need to do a five finger discount, can fill up a whole back pack in seconds
Useful Tesco express with a reasonable range. Parking can be difficult due to the location however there is usually space on the road nearby. Staff seem helpful. The prices are slightly higher than a normal Tesco due to being an express but are still better than a co-op.
Tyler went over and above to track down an obscure bottle of Caribbean rum for me, Bumbu, that was stocked at a neighbouring Tesco Express. Excellent service, young man - 11 outta 10, baby!
