11/10 shop Good products, Great prices. Whoever is behind the till will always be friendly and polite. BEST SHOP IN THE BAY  any bad reviews must be before the new owners took over.

One member sales staff is too pushy. Trying to sell me damaged goods by hiding the damage  watch out for that. Also putting items on the counter and trying to make me feel guilty that I didn't want them. Poor range of goods, way over priced. I will only shop here if there's nowhere else open.

Best shop in HerneBay ..banging offers lovely staff

I give 1 star as I have to do not buy vapes there 3500 puffs last half day went back and got told I used it all dangerous I'm talking to trading standards to get them check them out make sure not fake plus check bank after using them

First used as my local click & collect for eBay purchases. Of 4 items sent there, they lost one parcel and returned another prior to collection. He tried to be helpful by taking my number but then failed to make a follow up call. It appears they are very unorganised so don't be surprised if you have troubles too.

Good coustmer service very polite
