Such a nice local community supermarket store. The best thing is that they deliver within 30mins of ordering. You just download the Snappy Shopper App and order. Its amazing.

I order from here nearly every day and my orders are always delivered on time or sometimes early. I'm always forgetting to add things to my order and when I phone they're always helpful. The delivery drivers are friendly. I wouldn't survive lockdown without them. X  12 August 2022  Delivery excellent as usual but I don't like the new payment option on the app  where you have to put card details in every time instead of using a saved card.

Drove 5 miles to drop a DHL parcel of this morning at 8.15am. Closed! Says it should be open at 8am. Well it wasn't! I waited around until 8.30am. Still shut! What a waste of time. Sort your opening hours out!

I've used them through the app 'Snappy Shopper' 3 times in the last week due to the lockdown. Delivery cost of £1.99 is reasonable and the prices are ever so slightly marked up because they're being delivered. Delivery has been quick and I've been contacted by them regarding substitutions before delivery. I had an item missing from my order. I informed them and it was rectified quickly. Would recommend using for the convenience.

Ordered today, prompt delivery. Some items were unavailable so the correct change / refund was also in the bag delivered. There was a misunderstanding with the number of cans of drink I had ordered.... So I later received money back as well as an additional delivery for the cans I was missing and 2 extra too. Thanks very much and will be ordering again. Can certainly recommend during these unprecedented times.

Really kind & genuine people. We couldn’t leave the house as isolating, so ordered a small essentials shop. My husband then felt a migraine coming on so I asked if they could include some ibuprofen to my order. The driver had already left but they called him and he went to another shop to buy them for us! Incredible service. Thank you so much!

Nice friendly staff! : Free ATM is useful and other facilities too.  Hermes drop-off point is very helpful for selling stuff on eBay, or for sending anything in general regardless.  I find Hermes tends to arrive quicker than other couriers... but some things will be better obviously but tend to cost a LOT more...  Hermes is relatively cheap for what you pay for!  Great shop overall

This is definately the place to go in Herne Bay for Hermes returns. The lovely lady in there talked me through using the machine, with a lot of patience, as it was the first time I had done it. This experience was in total contrast to the Right Choice shop in mortimer Street where the woman was very rude and very unhelpful earlier today.

Great Service from a friendly Team. Groceries and more. Deliveries within 30-60 minutes!  I've had 70+ deliveries to date and their Customer Care is admirable.

Told 15minutes, driver turned up 1 hour later. Then told they had 8 or 9 orders in the space of about 10seconds of me ordering. Also told they are 1minute drive away, turned up 15minutes later.
