Average size store, at least 2-3 times bigger than the tesco express stores. It's helpful than the stores closes at 10PM and opens at 7 am most days
The fishmonger, meat counter, pizza counter and salad counter have all disappeared.
Not much to say. Typical Tesco store. I shop here semi regular.
Popped into this store this evening. I just wanted to say thank you to one of your staff there "Maria" she was very busy but still took the time to help me out with the pricing of an item..a very pleasant encounter with a lovely lady.
Never again i got an email, saying my click n collect was ready, no substitutions etc, so i went there after work, i dont even live there, its kind of on the way, they didnt say anything, but when they brought it out, some pensioner told me there was no freezer stuff. So i asked for a refund, as a single person, i rely on frozen food. To which he agreed as they couldnt fulfill my order. They still still havent returned my money i eventually got my refund through head office....... Do not trust faringdon, if you dont fit in with their inbreeding programme
went there today its a large shop .it's very bright,clean and well stocked. all the staff seem very friendly, managed to find every thing i needed .also the person on the door was very quick and informative. and was in total control of the situation. regarding customers entering and leaving the store
Great local store and most of the staff can smile.... But some just grunt.
Good selection of groceries, fresh fruit & veg lasts quite well but more expensive than other Supermarkets
Empty shelves but able to get what we wanted
This is the only supermarket anywhere, that I like. All the Staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help out if they think we need a hand. Generally speaking they have everything we need. Even the enormous supermarkets in Swindon don't have everything , every time. The store feels intimate, the Staff are lovely, there's plenty of choice. The Deli counter is good. If I ask about anything, the staff have the answer. They don't have to trot around asking other staff. Five stars, indeed... But - I have to agree - the car park needs a re-think.
