Came here to get a prescription.nThere was one lady in front of me being served. The member of staff then left the counter and went to the other one, serving someone who arrived after myself. No, hello, won't be a minute, nothing at all.nI will take my custom else where.
Very bizarre experience. Firstly James the pharmacist is amazing and very calm/ experienced and this review does not reflect him. However the female pharmacist who’s name I didn’t manage to get was incredibly inappropriate and rude at times making comments about my babies development and repeatedly interrupting the consultation without any warning or request for consent. Poor customer service and unprofessional.
James who owns the pharmacy is always happy and helpful and goes above and beyond where he can. Sometimes you have a short wait but only due to him being such a popular pharmacy and an asset to the community! have used the pharmacy since he opened 14years ago and have always been pleased with the service and I would definitely recommend for this and the fact his opening hours are brilliant if you work and all the other pharmacies have shut.
Could not be less interested when we popped in on a Sunday. Partner was concerned about his condition & felt dismissed. All was fine but customer service needs consideration.
Very appalling service my partner went in for his flu and Covid vaccination today and wasn’t told of the side effects or wasn’t given a leaflet or told about which Covid vacation was being used as a result my partner has since passed out luckily is ok now
