Really bad . The pharmacist was on lunch for an hour and the 2 ladies couldn't give out scripts. They even had to tell a lady in her 80's to come back in 30 mins. Pathetic. Went to London Road pharmacy and was in and out in 5 mins. Boots needs to move on out of faringdon.

It would be helpful if someone answered the phone!!!! Phoned twice and the phone rang for 2 minutes each time before cutting me off. Not great especially as I needed to speak to them regarding a prescription that has been not been ordered or communicated by text as promised on at least two occasions. it used to be regular as clockwork but for some reason has come off the rails.

Very slow service. Gave my baby an OAP's pills in error. Good job I noticed. :(
