We visited the shop at 4.30pm on Saturday. Most of the chairs had been placed on the tables and the shop was being cleaned. Eventually, the environment was not very welcoming since there were signs restricting the areas where the customers could seat or move. Furthermore, the view of the cleaning material didn't help in having a good customer experience either.

I used my own Costa Cup. This was fortunate as the dishwasher had broken down.  This seems to happen at many branches quite often. The staff were calm, helpful, and very pleasant. There was plenty of seating and space to use a laptop. I've been there before and will go there again.

Today visited costa but at 7:40pm the staff denied to serve at they have closed ovens its very disappointed bcz my son was starving but the staff denied to serve shame on you
