Service was polite & friendly
BAD BAD BAD BAD I sick of tired of Tesco Ventnor , Time and time again the store is full of staff , and long queues of people waiting to be served , With 1 member of staff. Tonight I walked into the store at 7.10PM , I had a trolley full of shopping . Again long Queues. I thought best togo to self checkout which i did. The machine stopped 8 times , and 8 times staff had to fix it. BY the 8th time i had enough and put everything back in my trolley and join the queue again. Still only 1 member of staff serving. Even thought there was 3 members of staff behind the counter. One stocking cigarettes & one working on a computer in the conner. Neither of them was even looking what was going on in the store . I ended spening £160 - and walked out of the store at 7.45 . Thats 35 mins waiting to be served . It was only 4 weeks ago when i also had to ask the manger to come and serve people . They dont seem to be worried what so ever about their customers . Vote with your wallet and say enough . I m doing that
