Lovely food as always, it's a must to visit when coming for a day out on Tenterden. Only thing I'll say is the staff members are not all that happy/friendly when they are serving you and they wander round a lot when you're eating which can put you off a bit. Food wise though is beautiful

Excellent fish and chips! My wife’s cod and my rock were both freshly cooked as were the (best ever) chips. We’d been walking around the Christmas market and had already spotted a number of people outside the fish bar and decided to pick up something to eat while waiting for the next steam train. Very glad we paid a visit. Thank you! 🏆

Been here a few times with friends, I have a child's fish and chips because that's all i can manage and it's always cooked to perfection, reasonably priced the people who serve are very polite.

First time I went the haddock and chips were sublime, fish chunky fresh and delectable, chips perfect, like from another planet, out of this world good. I got another portion tonight two weeks on and only ate half, the chips had lots of bits in and the fish although white and chunky wasn't up to that first visit. It's like having a date with Zac Goldsmith then on the second date he turns into Rees Mogg! (Grease Mogg as it's fish and chips ha ha) I'm forlorn with longing for those first visit fish and chips.... It's clean though, off the main road, not too packed and has a little sit in cafe area. Staff are fine.
