Absolutely beautiful restaurant. my partner and I came to Kent for the evening and stayed in Tenterden. To celebrate my 40th birthday. I found this restaurant In the top ten list, for the area. On arrival we were greeted with a warm friendly welcome by a lovely waiter. Seated immediately the service was superb. Friendly banter with a beautiful personal touch. The food was I have to say, sublime. As a professionally trained chef I have to say not very often do I eat out as I am often disappointed. This restaurant is an absolute gem. Every item was flavourful and made from scratch. We ordered a mezze platter, tasting menu, the dessert and coffee were out of this world. We even ordered extra to take home. Value for money is an understatement. I would happily travel from West London to Tenterden to eat here again.

They take your coats and hang them up, they are polite, efficient and serve delicious food. It's a Turkish restaurant, decorated tastefully and as expected. The service is impeccable and the food arrives as ordered, hot and cooked to our liking. There is no waiting around for the courses , as one finishes the next arrived. Almond tea cakes are superb, the pitta bread hot and crispy on the outside, the chicken soup was tasty, the meat tender and the Turkish garnish a nice twist. Altogether a wonderful evening and makes me wonder if any negative reviews were from genuine customers and not the competition. Richard and Mel will eat here again and again.

Taken for a birthday meal. Monday evening, so pretty quiet. Friendly, relaxed and attentive staff. Food (masses of it!!!) was excellent. Highly recommended.

Although we visit other restaurants in the area, Ozgurs remains our favourite. Food is constantly to a high standard and the staff are always attentive. A little gastronomic paradise in a quiet part of Tenterden.
