Great venue. Friendly staff. Good food. Great rooms. Brilliant location. Has micro pub a couple of hundred yards away. Have been staying here whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommend.

Went for lunch to celebrate my birthday, was quite quiet, got seated quickly and drinks orders taken and brought over in good time but food order was taken then nearly 50 minute's later the food came, there were only 6 of us in our party ordering from the lunch menu, when the good came out it was delicious and everyone was happy with what they ordered, after we dared to order desert even though rather full but hey it was my birthday and there was hardly a delay at all in that but more staff had seemed to arrived by then, pudding was a winner all round. This time hasn't put me off at all think perhaps a staff member down, the gentleman that seated and served us was really fab.

Service very very slow. Place not over clean, but looked modern. Ordered fish and chips, expected a fresh cooked fish, got a frozen one, oblong shaped ! Requested a few things which were unavailable. Not the best lunch, wouldn't go again.

Went in for a few drinks. Really friendly staff. Nice and quiet bar area.
