Great service for David at Telford Skoda. Drove down from Edinburgh to purchase a barely used Fabia, but it's totally worth it. Very helpful on the test drive and the whole purchase was so straight forward.

Staff always very polite and helpful.
Car booked in with no problem. even got a nice new courtesy car.
everything explained in full about my service and MOT.
very impressed with the Video link, to show the faults on my car.
very professional.

Was after a service quicker than the month wait at my local garage. I called Telford & they had lots of availability the week I called with a courtesy car too, this should have been a pre warning. 
The service cost much more than expected, the car was with them from 8.30-3.30 and upon my return to collect I were shocked to find it hadn't been cleaned. No discount given, just told to pop in when back in Carlisle for a valet.
I don't intend to be back any time soon and hadn't been there for 2 years. 
Not the usual Skoda customer care I expect to receive. 
Definitely not impressed,  don't intend to return unless I have to. 
Happy to wait a month for serving at our local dealer next time.

Bought my third Skoda Fabia with Telfords.  Excellent customer service.  Made to feel really valued by all the members of the team.  Quality of their  service is exceptional.  Everything explained in detail with me needing to ask as few questions as possible.  Friendly, inviting surroundings.

Will continue to do business with Telfords Skoda!
