This is quite possibly the worst takeaway experience I've ever had in my life. After waiting for an hour and a half and having my phone calls ignored repeatedly, I eventually get, what was supposed to be, a double pepperoni, double cheese and onion pizza through the door. What I actually got was a pizza that tasted identical to a chicken tikka main. Irony of which is that a Tikka main would likely contain more sauce and cheese than the pizza did. So attempting to look on the bright side I thought I would use the two pots of garlic mayonnaise I'd ordered as well to make it just a little more bearable. But no, I couldn't even be granted that honestly payed for luxury, and instead was made to deal with Sour Cream, which I despise. On my last legs by this point I thought 'how wrong can you go with a cheesy garlic bread?'. The apparent answer would be very wrong. I could not make out the taste of cheese nor garlic despite trying very hard to do so. The best part of this meal was the bottle of coke I ordered which miraculously arrived cold. Though I suspect that would be due to the temperature outside. Dissatisfied is an understatement.This is unarguably the single most worst meal I have ever had the displeasure of paying money for.
Absolutely appalling customer services from this takeaway, first time using them and was spoken to rudely, shouted at on the phone, called a liar and refused full refund on food that was cold and with items added, that were specifically asked to be left, out and missing items.Then they rang back to harass and tell me I was not getting a refund and proceeded to insult and shout again at my friend and call us liars. NO respect at all and disgusting attitude. AVOID at all costs.
Absolutely discusting service. Nearly 2 hours to arrive. Freezing cold. Horrible staff they were very rude. Curry tasted the worst curry ever. Really greasy and vile. The place should get shut down. Wouldn't even let my worst enemie eat there. Very very very poor.
Love this place i live round the corner never had any issues always looked after me love there indian food and i always will recommend them !!!! Tuck in.....enjoy....
Restaurant is a disgrace and has poor service! Pay for deliver and they expect you to collect as they can't find address!! No not order from these cowboys!
The most disgusting Korma I have ever had, would even choose a ready meal version over this place
