Richard & his team went above and beyond! We felt so welcomed and relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. Nothing was too much trouble! Richard knew the perfect suit, fitting, sizing for my partners wedding suit. Honestly we can’t thank you all enough! Highly recommend, outstanding service!

If you’re after a good tailor then these are the guys to use! Great service as always and good price.  Would highly recommend for any tailoring and clothing needs.

When it came to getting a suit for my wedding, I knew straight away my only choice was Ted Williams because of their fantastic level of service and knowledge of tailoring. During a brief call with Richard to book a fitting, we discussed my requirements in terms of style and colour. When I arrived, I was given a beer and the fabric swatches were already arranged out in front of me with the suggested colour and style pre-selected. Richard then humoured me as we went through all the possible cloths only to end up back at the original – proving he had nailed the look from the brief call… these guys really know what they are doing! The suit turned out perfectly, I could not have been happier. Fully recommend the Ted Williams Team!

Fantastic range of high-quality and stylish cloths and some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've found. I went to have a look quick look round and have become a long-term customer. Richard and the team could not have been more helpful!

I have been shopping at Teds for the last 35 years, rarely do I ever shop anywhere else. Always a pleasurable experience, all the clothing very well displayed in a clean and modern showroom. Richard and Jim and the entire teds team are not over pushy, extremely professional and very helpful. Selling luxury  brands such as Eton, Hugo boss and Armani plus many more, a great selection of ever changing products. Highly advise anyone looking for designer menswear to visit this fabulous store.

Good selection of brands with some great pieces show cased in a classic environment.  Well laid out . Friendly staff with knowledge of what they have helpful with being pushy .. stocking Paul & shark , Belstaff , Paul Smith , 7 for man kind Jean's plus others . Parking outside though can be crowded at certain times .

Fantastic service, very friendly and polite. Excellent knowledge and a good eye for what clothes suit my style. Overall experience was brilliant. The best menswear shop in Birmingham.

I thoroughly recommend that you visit Ted Williams shop. The staff are very welcoming and equally important they are knowledgeable. I found that their advice was invaluable: indeed their stock range is the best I've experienced recently. Quality clothing, quality service and a refreshing shopping experience.
