Wife looking for wider fitting boots and shoes but most high street stores do not sell them. Found Blunts as a stockist for a specialist wide shoe supplier on line. Phoned them first to avoid making a wasted journey. The assistant was very helpful and so we decided to visit. The store is old fashioned but a 'proper' shoe shop! The assistants were very helpful and friendly and very patient with my wife's requirements. She bought a pair of boots and 2 pairs of shoes and very pleased with her purchase. I also bought a pair of smart shoes in the sale. The assistant also helped carry the shoes to my car as my wife uses a wheelchair. I would highly recommend them. The only downside is it's a bit difficult for parking nearby.
Took my baby boy here to get his feet measured for his first pair of shoes yesterday and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was happy! Very positive experience for him and the staff were amazing and very helpful : Thankyou so much :

We don’t live in this area but after a disappointing Clark’s experience in various shops we ended up here on Tuesday 30th August. And what a delight!! The staff member Kay according to the receipt was welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable, honest and engaging. Something you don’t seem to see a lot in retail these days. She used our son’s name and immediately interacted with him on a personal level. We left the store very happy with big smiles and my husband gave her 11/10 which is amazing as he doesn’t usually comment! Would highly recommend this staff member and store.

Visited Blunts, Kingstanding today. What a wonderful store with wonderful staff. They have a huge variety of shoes in stock. Staff were fantastic, they knew exactly what I wanted and what suited me. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff member that served me, and also the other two staff members that were present, equally as helpful. I am blown away by the excellent customer service that I received. I highly recommend this store!
Such a fantastic place to buy childrens shoes. The gentleman that served us communicated wonderfully with my 2 and a half year old son, was patient, calm and explained his fittings very well. Not sales pitching at all... Just looking for the right shoes for my son within the budget we had. Can't recommend enough. Thank you.

Visited this branch today as we had just picked up my little grandson from Litchfield on route back to kingswinford The young lady who served us dark hair was so friendly, chatty and helpful .. ... a credit to this store ... she deserves a pay rise ..... very happy with how she measured my grandsons feet ... and more to the point ... how she spoke to him .... an excellent sales lady without the sales pitch .... blunts should be proud of her
