Having previously bought a helmet from Bikerswear, I ordered a Richa Highlander leather jacket at a very good price. It was delivered promptly, but I returned it as I had ordered a size too large. Bikerswear replaced it with the correct size jacket, by return of post. An excellent service and Chan was very helpful throughout.
I regularly buy motorcycle gear from here, always excellent service and the best prices. I've been shopping here for over 10 years, it's the first place I go to for all my motorcycle needs.
Shocking. Company are frauds, brought an intercom from them which they advised would work but doesn’t. They kept saying they need to speak to sena as it’s ‘their fault apparently’ to which nothing was ever resolved. They told me I had to then buy other intercoms to ensure it works. The prices were then still higher than all other shops. Would never use again stay clear!
Bought gloves at nec and got two lefties by mistake. Swapped them 2 weeks later with no worries and very efficient. Great company
Great service - sent a message on a Saturday evening and got a reply back Sunday. Sent an email Monday morning and then a phone call to confirm what I wanted Shoei X Spirit 3 and visor and correct pin lock. Chan set up a listing on his website for me to purchase exactly what I needed so I didn’t have to search the site. Purchased and arrived 2 days later well packaged and exactly as requested. Excellent service I would happily use Chan again.
Ordered a pair of boots online via amazon with these con artists. Size said UK 5.5 online, only for a 41 to be sent and marked on the order after purchase for £279.99 I obviously sent back for a FULL refund, only to see that they'd taken off £22+ When I called them, the said they'd done it because the box was damaged?! Well thank god I took pics before I sent back. They'd sent out a pair which were obviously NOT new, the tag was off, they were marked and had been tried on, so more like ex display. Messaged them about this, they denied it. Absolutely abysmal service, avoid these like the plague. You show me from the pictures where the box was damaged?
AVOID THIS COMPANY! They are cons! Never seen customer service like it in my life. Company are happy to take your money until you need to return and item; then they have a problem. Spoke to staff on the phone and by email and the way that I was spoken to was disgusting. Shouted at by staff and told not to buy from them again! I can clarify that I certainly would never use them again. Refused to issue me my refund which I am entitled to and then advised that they would be deducting 20% off my refund as costs incurred by them! Absolute joke as I even paid to return the item. Absolute liars!! From seeing the other reviews, I wish I had never have used them. Can not stress enough not to use this company!
Ordered a jacket via these people via eBay . Jacket arrived within a few days and unfortunately was the wrong one BUT , after some excellent very prompt communication and an easy to use return’s service I had a very prompt refund and when I re-ordered the jacket the correct one arrived in super fast time . They also had sent a message to say it was on its way and when it would arrive. Happy customer, thankyou

Bought a Shark helmet from these guys four years ago. The inner visor broke and they got me a replacement couriered pronto and free of charge. Instant communication with WhatsApp and they even checked I’d received it OK. Brilliant service, five stars defo!
