Terrible company. Bought a Mac Mini from them. Their website said it would be with me in 5 days. I got in touch with them on day 6, as I hadn't had the item. To be told they didn't have any in stock. I said I would have a refund. Something they supposedly offer on their website. The no quibble 14 day guarantee. I sent the email like I was told to, and after a few days, emailed again to find out if they had received my email, and when could I expect my refund. I got a message telling me they had received it. So I asked, again, when I could expect my refund. I was told 14 WORKING(!!??) days. Seemed an odd number of days. But put a note in my calendar, and waited the 14 working days, and they didn't give me my refund. So, rang them, to be told it would be with me by the end of the week. The end of the week came, and still no refund. Rang them again, and was told, as it was the weekend, the accounts department was closed, and it would be with me Monday. Monday came, and still no refund. So, rang again to be told it was the accounts that were the problem, and he keeps asking them on a daily basis to process the refund. To cut a long story short, I've been promised the refund will be in my account numerous times. Been transferred to the Accounts department, and management to speak to them. Each time the call has been transferred, it has rang a couple of times, then disconnected. I have never had anything delivered by this company. They were selling something they didn't have in stock. It shouldn't take a month, as of this time, to process a refund. They advertise a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee on their website. It's rubbish. In my experience, they do nothing but fob you off with anything to get you off the phone, and to put you off for another day. I've now been in touch with Trading Standards, who seemed very interested in Techno Cart's tactics, and are passing my information over to review the company.

Overpriced goods, rip off. More than a grand for a second hand PC (sold to unsuspecting elderly person). No boxes, no paperwork, no refund. Trading standards involved. Do not buy. Go to a reputable dealer. These people spot you coming and act accordingly. Reviews on here are also suspect.

Don’t use this company. They never answer the phone. Don’t return emails. The parts we purchased haven’t arrived but they’ve got our money in their account.

I was supposed to have my laptop 6 days after ordering... However 2 weeks later, there is still nothing. No tracking number and most importantly, no contact from technocart/safe pc disposal/mac4sale. They are now ignoring my calls and messages. Complete scam. Do not trust. All positive reviews are fake. Luckily my payment was protected but all of this has put me behind in my work and I won't be able to find a replacement until I am refunded the full amount.
