Everything was ok until I got to the till to pay, where the woman on the till was chewing gum and didn't even look up at me, I even had to ask what the total was to pay as she seemed more interested in chewing her gum. I think a lot more effort needed in staff training and customer service. Won't be shopping there again !

Pleasant staff, could maybe do with trollies in garden section so customers might be more inclined to buy more

Such a large choice of prices to suite every pocket. The really helpful advisor. I've not put 5 stars because a bit long wait to have fitted .

Quite good stock, nicer layout than the other big chain, reasonably helpful staff and ok prices

The service here is brilliant and the staff always go out of the way to help. They have a few issues, however with their stock checking system in that online it may show stock is available at that store when in reality it has sold out.
