This morning I left my flat to venture to the mysterious world that is the doctors, I have multiple disabilities and a new baby you see so the doctors is a frequent trip, only to find you had unbelievably and appalling blocked the wheelchair/buggy entrance and exit to the flat. Leaving literally no way past. My partner had to physically lift the buggy up and over the plants whilst I held our son. I Tried calling both numbers on your van several but surprisingly despite this being at 9:50 am neither of them would connect. So we're now sat in waitrose cafe waiting for you to leave. My pain killers that I am reliant on to prevent Pain Triggered Seizures are in my flat, I hope you realise that your thoughtless actions have exacerbated four of my disabilities. Next time think before you clearly block a wheelchair/buggy entrance and exit. Some of us mummies are also disabled! .

Top notch service from start to finish, always helpful and offer plenty of free advice and have lots of good ideas for my new bathroom supplied by them.
