The shop maybe very nice the sales people very helpful and a big thing made about free cookies but that is where it ends. We ordered a sofa, chair and pouffe in early February which was advised would be available on 9th April. Called store on 10th April and was told it was in warehouse and we would be phoned on 10th to arrange delivery. That didn't happen so called into store on 10th to be told it was not even in warehouse and would not be until 20th April, so should be delivered on 21st April. Called by warehouse person on Monday 16th to say they were pleased to tell us it would be delivered on 27th April, needless to say we were not at all pleased as we have had no furniture since 9th April. A complete shambles!! Sue Reeves

Salesman was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Buying our new sofa and 2 chairs was a pleasant experience.

Friendly, efficient staff. Really helpful and not pushy. Explained all detail and questions. We were really impressed and hope our order carries on in this vain.

Very helpful staff. Would have given 5* but let down by customer service at MK warehouse. Received a message to call but the person who left the message spoke so fast and indistinctly that I had to replay it 5 tims just to pick up the contact number.
