Let me tell you about the Meile experience. Waiting weeks for a repair to have an incompetent technician unable to fix the appliance as he claims he couldn’t remove it from the unit. Employee a handy man to remove it , taking all of 5 mins , in time for the next service engineer visit 10 days later . Last minute engineer decides to throw a sickie Friday afternoon aka get home early . So we are stuck with the appliance in the middle of the kitchen floor . Next available date for an engineer 10 more days . So no dishwasher for 1 month . That’s the Meile experience !

Only visited as through working as an Hgv driver. Staff friendly, decent yard.

Great place, beware they do not open Bank Holidays and this is not on the website. Great service and product

I received perfect customer service today at the Miele Experience Centre. I walked in with a problem, was treated in a friendly and professional way and after waiting with a coffee the problem was resolved and I went on my way very happy. While I waited I looked around the interesting showroom and will be back when I need to buy new home appliances to get inspiration and information. Thanks Miele and especially the lovely lady on the welcome desk.

Excellent place to see all the Miele products.

Bought a dishwasher, expected high quality given the price. The machine was installed a month ago and so far we weren’t able to use it as it was broken from the start. So we have been washing dishes by hand for a month now and Miele so far wasn’t able to fix the machine or replace it.

Suing Miele I needed a replacement cooker hood and paid Miele for a Miele technician to attend and specify a replacement which he did. I then ordered the replacement specified and the Miele fitter attended with the replacement and it did not fit so he took it away and said I would be contacted by Miele to organise a suitable replacement. I heard nothing and tried contacting Miele three times without success. Finally I emailed customer services to say that I would sue them in the County Court if they did not respond. They have not done so so I have ended up issuing a county court claim against Miele for my payment to them of £669. The Miele Director of Customer Service ought to be sacked.

Visited the centre for product training for work. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The showroom is neatly laid out. Observing staff dealing with customers were also very professional
