Useless place, never have any laptops in stock every time I get there. Pointless having this shop open. Don't deserve 1 star at all

Bought a washing machine and a fridge a couple of days ago, that was amazing. Today, the delivery team was totally useless. They are incompetent! They didn't install the washing machine, and the fridge was delivered in our main entrance as according to them it didn't fit well in the lift and they didn't want to use the stairs. They forced us to accept the fridge or it would be back to the shop. They also ask us to buy a smaller fridge instead. We finally accepted to leave the fridge in there, in the middle of the ground floor. They didn't even apologise for the bad service and they were so rude to us. I'm writing this complaint to let everybody know that MY FRIDGE FIT WELL in the lift. My partner and me tried after they left and we made it. The reason why they didn't bring the fridge up to our house is because it is simply easier not to do it. They didn't even try! It is unacceptable to buy for a service which is not good at all.
