Storage is excellent! Customer service is I’d probably give 0 stars ⭐️ moving my furniture after 18 months of storage, I used 8 blankets and 5 ties to secure the goods onto there new travels, I was constantly reminded that I should us asked to use the blankets and ties even though I was going to return them, and I didn’t feel I was doing anything wrong by using them, sadly I was made to feel a thief the whole 2 hours of loading up the hired van. Moving is stressful enough without the constant circulation of reminders from the staff about the blankets. As I said great storage sadly let down by staff!

Very unprofessional telephone manner when I was reporting that a neighbour's skip had not been collected for 4 weeks. This would not encourage me to use this company.

Taylors dealt with our move with the upmost efficiency. Crew arrived on time loaded with care and made the days so much more bearable. Would have no issues with recommending this company

Unfortunately Taylor's removals have been an awful experience for us. They broke a glass table top on our move day and then promised to replace it. This was 4 months ago and we've been chasing each week for an update with little or no response. We will taking them to small claims court shortly. I would not use their service again or endorse it to anyone moving based on their unprofessional practice of not responding to emails or phone calls or replacing the table top they broke in the first place.

Taylors did an excellent job with our recent office move. The guys who did the move were efficient, quick, careful and polite and it was excellent value for money.
