The tyres were fitted ok, the fitter seemed ok too. But they managed to damage my alloy by the valve, a new deep scratch has appeared! But worse of all they have chipped the paint off my M Sport brake calliper. I complained, then the fitter calls to deny it offering to come out and show me the process and prove he didn't do it! How ridiculous, most accidents only happen once! I could clip a wing mirror while driving but then 'prove' I didn't do it by driving past again and being more careful! Then his manager calls again from a mobile number saying the same thing. Never experienced customer service like it, very unprofessional. Will never use them again! Didn't mind paying £454 for 3 tyres price wasn't bad but gutted about the damage! AVOID! This review is based more so on the way they have handled my complaint. I'm sure the damage was accidental and must have been caused due to carelessness. But to flat out deny it has annoyed me even further! If you don't want your wheels or callipers damaged then avoid eTyres. They also deal with complaints like a bunch of cowboys!
