Brilliant service and very friendly.  I live 40 miles out of area but I am from Sheffield. I heard a clunk after driving through a pot hole. I popped in to this garage, and the gent said that they could look at my car the following day but it may not be ready until Friday it was Wednesday when I went in!. To my surprise he called me the following day to advise that they repaired the damage on the eve that I dropped my car off and it was ready for collection.  The cost of the repair was over £100 cheaper than a previous quote. And the quality of the work was outstanding. It drives better now than it did previously spring and wheel bearing had gone!.  Brilliant service, brilliant guys, would definitely use this garage again and recommend to others.  Good old Crosspool and Sheffield.. can't fault the people :

brilliant garage would recommend to anyone. I have been going for 12 years and have always found the service really good. The guys that work here are really fair and have helped me out at short notice countless times. I visited today having called that morning and they sorted my car out within 15 minutes of me arriving. Spoke to Tom on the phone and in the garage he was really friendly despite them being busy.

Due to owning an unreliable VW, I've used these guys a lot in recent years. They have always been professional and courteous and done exactly what they said they would do. They fixed a small fault on my car today at very short notice and at no charge. Excellent service as always! I would definitely recommend these guys.

My wife and I were quoted nearly £3000 for repairs on our car from an official dealership mechanic. We decided to get a second opinion from Tavern and they completed all necessary work for less than £300. The vehicle was returned to us on the same day. The staff are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We have been customers for years and will continue to put our trust in Tavern.

I recently got my MOT test done by these guys and I was very impressed. As a woman I can sometimes feel a little intimidated in these places, especially as I know little about cars. I had previously been somewhere else and was told I needed something that had just been replaced and I certainly did not need! Thankfully I felt very welcome at Tavern and passed ! I feel I can trust these people and that the price is reasonable. I will be returning.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and quality repairs! They have kindly squeezed me in straight away a couple of times now when I’ve had problems with the car. Excellent job done on both occasions and at a very good price. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service. Our Ford fiesta had a dinted wheel rim this morning and we were needing to get to London today almost there now! They were really friendly and rang around various places to source one, free of charge. We ended up going to JST motor who had a second hand one available. Very impressed by their customer service, would definitely recommend.

Very honest and kind garage. My car has been some problems related to electricity for 3 months. Although I have gone to another 3 garages, they could not found out the reason and could not fix my car, and they just charged me. So I spent a lot of time and cost. However, this garage has tried to find problem of my vehicle, and asked the dealer on behalf of me. Finally, my car is fixed perfectly, and Tavern did not charge me their cost. They just charged me dealer's cost. I really appreciate them.

Took my car in for estimate today for small repair to exhaust heat shield. Tavern did repair while I waited and refused to accept payment. Not the first time they have done small job or checked sonething out for me, and then not charged me. Great customer service  - thank you.
