I have been going to Industry Auto services for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough.  Even if I haven't been for 6 months the team still remember my name and details about me.  I trust them entirely to give me a good professional service.  It is rare now to find a car garage that is good quality but also genuinely cares about the wellbeing of it's customers.  I have been to other garages where I know that they have taken advantage of the fact that I don't know a huge amount about cars, I have never had that experience with Lee and his team.  When I had a recent car crash they took care of me, reassured me and ensured that I immediately had another little car to drive away in (which is important for my job).  When I got the car back it looked incredible.  Thank you for what you do.

Very helpful, straight forward and very understanding. The work was undertaken with clear communication the whole time. They explained everything that they were going to do in great detail and answered every one of my questions. The MOT and work was done the same day, so a great turn-around time too. Would highly recommend.

An excellent garage in every respect. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone and I will certainly continue to use them in the future. Their customer service is among the best I have received from any company. Faultless - and above all great value for money.

I've been using Industry Autos (and their predecessor company Andrew Flower) since 2008 and have had only good experiences with them. Excellent customer service, clear and non-patronising explanations, free loan cars always available. They kept my little old Polo running for years and years. When it finally came to the end of the road, I bought my new car through Industry Autos. Initially I was a bit nervous about this as you buy 'sight unseen' but as I trust the company I decided to take a chance. This has absolutely paid off - the new car (a Skoda Fabia) is brilliant and exactly what I need, and purchasing through the garage made it all much quicker and easier. I was also able to benefit from Lee's expertise and knowledge of different cars. You also get 3 months free warranty.
I would absolutely recommend this garage.

I didn't know which garages were good in Sheffield so took a gamble on this one. They were polite, friendly and managed to squeeze me in that day to fit a massive job, despite being busy. Would recommend.
