Good prices and very efficient service

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They will rip you off.  I took my car for repair because I could hear a noise on the passengers side. They said it was a worn out tire bolt that needed replacing for £230.  I picked up the car and started hearing a new sound that wasn’t there before on the right side which was much worse and caused the car to shake and feel unsafe. I then took the car back, and the guy at reception was rude, and tried to charge me £550 for a new problem that he’d apparently missed before hand.  After taking it to another shop I discovered they had not attached my tire back correctly. Absolutely FUMING! Looking at reviews they do this a lot.  I was driving to London the next day and could have been in an incident if I traveled.

These guys are brilliant. Messaged them on Facebook messenger and replies were quick and accurate. Put up with my silly questions and professional throughout.  Quoted me a fair price and once I was ready for work to be done all it took was 1 call and I was booked in within days.  Kept up to date with everything while BMW was in garage and car feels alive again with new parts  Brilliant and honest garage that won’t take you for a ride or empty your bank account.  Will be using again!!

Tyres required were in stock, ordered online and arranged fitting for the following day.  Received a call to confirm the booking and arrange a time.  Very efficient, professional and friendly.  Quick easy service, would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Rich throughout. He provided a fast quote and booked the car in quickly, despite us being in lockdown. Communication was great and I’d definitely use the garage again
