Shocking covid safety management. Every single member of staff was wearing their masks on their chin/not wearing it at all, bringing drinks not on a tray but holding in their hands and even if it was quiet when we visited we had to wait ages to get drinks, that we ended up getting after our food as well
Nice pub big with screens for the sport. Glad to see it survived the pandemic and didn't have to shut.
Fun pub in an ideal location, great for meeting friends especially with all of their outdoor seating. Reasonably priced pints, especially for the location. Would definitely visit again
Food good. Unfortunately due to current restrictions you have to download app and order by your phone. Good service, relatively easy but personally hate it. Not so much a downgrade on venue but life today
Shabby, but good Cheap drinks
Cabbage was soggy and a small portion only veg on plate. Mash was not that nice. Pie was burnt, pastry too thick and not much meat. Service and drinks were good. Perhaps order something else next time.
Excellent pub fantastic location reasonable prices for the city. You have to download the app to order food n drinks which was pretty starighfoward.
