Just returned from Taunton Leisure, Bristol, having bought new walking boots. I have been all over Bristol looking for good advice and service and very nearly gave up. TL gave me just what I needed; old fashioned great customer service, experienced and knowledgeable. No rush or pressure and a proper confidence-inspiring fitting. Don't go anywhere else!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely take an interest and the time to make sure you get the gear that's right for you. The shop came highly recommended by my dad, so we popped in to visit over Christmas and got new hiking boots. Was very impressed and would definitely come again.

Really helpful service! The guy took the time to show me extra ways to make my shoes more comfortable and offered some great advice without being pushy to try and sell me anything I didn't need.

Very knowledgeable staff, good quality, well considered kit. The manager, Braam, advised, fitted and sold me a pair of walking boots. Best advice I've received in any Bristol store.

The customer assistants here were top notch. Needed to purchase a tent in a hurry and they were exceptionally patient with me and my 2 sprogs. Left feeling very happy with our purchases.
