I have been shopping in JA for over 20 years and never had any problems. It's by far Bristols best mens clothes shop and the guys here are very honest and great at there job. I really can't understand where the complaints come from.

Not the most friendliest shop assistants... All about you when you are weighed down with designer bags.  Big mistake when if they work on commission!  Some nice clothes there but the staff put me off buying anything.
