I ordered a sweater top for a friends birthday on the 16th of March .....I didnt hear anything ,no tracking number, no response to several emails. I am so upset by the owners behaviour, i just keep getting Horse s%$@ excuses and false promises of refund. Do not buy from this shop their customer service is appalling. They don't even let you know whats going on, you have to chase for every bit of information and then I wonder if any of it was true......I'm contacting trading standards, isn't it theft????? VERY UN COOL !!!

I placed an online order over two weeks ago and still havent recieved a my package or a tracking number at the very least. Emailed 71Queens 3 times so far with no response and will likely be requesting a refund if I still haven't received my package or a response with in the next week. Absolutely horrible customer service...I will update this review once corrective action has been taken.

Bought a jumper from here only to find the neck size must have been for a 4 year old (tiny). Went to get a refund and got told I could only exchange despite it's clear fault. Exchanged for an overpriced t-shirt where the sleeves seem to get shorter and shorter with each wash. Almost looks like a vest!
