Live in Guernsey and couldn’t find the new Nike 270 yellow punch anywhere, on island or online Everyone had sold out in my size. Found 5 pointz online as a last resort and wow. Had the shoes, and the service and delivery was excellent. I will 100% be using these guys for future Nike purchases. Thanks guys

Went in today to return an item I bought from the shop the day before. Straight away I was met with a nice smile on the door from a nice lady. I went straight over to the counter to return the item and after being explained the returns policy and after trying to find another item I'd like to but instead I decided to go with instore voucher. After few minutes I was given an receipt and I left the store thinking that it was all I suppose to have recieved. About 4 solid minutes walk down the road towards the city centre the store manager who was also the person dealing with the return of the item, has some how found me in the crown of people and has handed me the actual gift voucher I forgot to take. That is a person who is committed to his job 100%. Costumer service at its best. I know I said it already but I literally have no idea how he has managed to find me as I could go either direction leaving the store. Once again. Thank you

Bought 2 pairs of Air Max 1's in December. Contacted them 2 months later because after being worn approx 5 times, the sole of 1 pair had split. Was asked to send photos detailing the flaw. Sent several and waited for a response. Chased with about 5 further emails which were all ignored. Finally called today to be told that the manager would not consider any returns for faulty trainers after 1 month as they considered this wear and tear. Total waste of time getting me to send photos when they had no intention of even considering the return. Shop elsewhere if you value customer service
