The food I bought from here was at a such low quality I wouldn't even trust giving it my dog. The salt and pepper chips was soggy lukewarm and hardly seasoned and the portion was shocking, the sweet and sour sauce was stone cold, the chicken balls was also lukewarm. The only thing I bothered eating was the egg rice which was the only thing red hot. (Taste of china) more like the taste of my shoe 😂😂. Been twice before and wasn't any better then. Just thought I'd give them another try... shows what thought did.. seriously dissatisfied

Received wrong order for a second time. Front of house staff extremely rude when we complained, and made no attempt to rectify issue or offer refund. Been ordering from here for months, will never order again

Took nearly 2 hours to be delivered. And when it came (at 21.50pm). The food was lukewarm. Worst seaweed I have ever had, like eating a spoon full of sugar. Ordered plum sauce and duck, the duck was nice (when it wasnt a ball of fat) but it was not in plum sauce. More like orange syrup and didnt even taste anything like plum sauce normally does. Egg fried rice was ok, saw one sorry piece of egg that was the size of a penny. Ironically the only thing this Chinese resturante does right is chips. After waiting 2 hours for this sorry excuse of a tea I now know the true meaning of disappointment. Dont go here, not until they fix these simple mistakes, go to the Mandarin instead.

First time I've ordered from here in years, I usually go elsewhere, but thought I'd give them a go. SO glad I did, the food is amazing, better than any Chinese restaurant I've ever dined in, and I've dined in a lot of very good ones. Delivery was faster than they told me to expect, food piping hot, the main would easily have served two people, and the spring rolls and prawn toasts are out of this world. I could have happily just ordered loads of those. They made me beef and mushroom in black bean, instead of green peppers, and changed one item on the set menu, because I didn't want the soup, even though I was quite happy just to leave it off my order, they replaced it with something else. The flavours were so good, much better than I'd come to expect from my usual place in town, which tastes like something from the supermarket in comparison. I will definitely be making Taste of China my new Chinese takeaway from now on. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Thanks for such great service!
