I stayed at the Taplins with my 14-year-old daughter for or 3 nights in April of 2017. The house is lovely, and the bed and room were comfortable. Rachel, the hostess, was sweet and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good: eggs of any type that Rachel will make to order; fresh, local bread for toast; local jams, jellies; choice of cereals; fresh berries and fruit; yogurt; juice, and coffee. It was a good way to start the day. The Cotswolds are beautiful, and Chipping Camden a good jumping stone from which to see them. I wholeheartedly recommend the Taplins.

Rachel was fantastic. The breakfast was lovely. The village had plenty of interesting little shops and restaurants.

It was a wonderful stay and our host, Rachel was absolutely lovely. I highly recommend it.
