BEWARE - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We paid a substantial deposit two months ago and today realised we had made an error with our itinerary, and can't stay on the four nights we booked. We immediately contacted the owner (Shoshanna K) - a full THREE AND A HALF MONTHS OUT from our visit, requesting a refund. She point black refused despite the cottage being almost fully booked for from now (early April) until August. With our huge advance notice, this is truly unconscionable, defies all Air B&B policies elsewhere around the world, and seems entirely mercenary given the popularity of the property, which the owner boasts is booked through to summer 2019. We are shocked and aggrieved at her response. What an absolutely awful introduction to the Cotswalds.
