Wow What a service from start to finish, Lovely Staff saved over £1000.00 compared to Carpet Rights quote also we haggled with carpet right and they insisted we was getting cheapest price (not true). Tapis booked in date and sent 2 lovely guys one had over 35 years experience and it showed!!! They both done an absolutely incredible job super friendly they laid the carpet beautifully throughout. Rating on job 100/100 Thank you!!

Excellent customer service, Jude was lovely. Brilliant prices and the fitters was exceptional. I am so overwhelmed at how lovely the flooring is. Will not be using anyone else in the future but Tapi. Thanks team!!

Like most people looking for a new carpet we shop around. We decided for Tapi in Swindon. As with my first review I gave a very poor comment about the store and store manager . I now like to say thank you for your effort to correct the issue. The store manager and carpet fitter did an outstanding job to put things right . Thank you again.

Laminate floor fitted Told wife joists going fitted it anyway Been back couple of times Two fitters visited said give me a price to refit putting harboard down Im still waiting Growing more inpatient by the day Why fit in the first place lnowing the floor was not stable.

The experience with tapi was in a nutshell awful!. The first time the laminate fitter came Nigel he didn't fit and door bars. When he came back to fit the rest of the laminate for another room he had a completely different colour beading he said that's what the shop gave him. I later found out the original beading I had was apparently discontinued so the shop superviser took it upon his self to choose another beading for me stating he had already discussed this with me which was completely false. The door bars for my hallway and living room then had to be re done again to match the beading in my bedroom. The fitter Nigel has no respect for your home He did damage the my door part of my skirt board area in the hallway and there was also a cut in my bathroom lino also. Along with this I waited in on a Tuesday for the fitter after the allocated time had passed I called up they said the appointment for some reason had been cancelled by another sales man (this was false the superviser had cancelled it in error and blamed it on a sales man )I took my whole bed down for this appointment which had to be done as my bed takes up all of my room. Through all the bad customer service I received the fitter Nigel had to come back three times and was acting like he was doing me a favour. I did demand a refund for some of the money to the store manager which he refused so I asked to speak to the area manager Toni, I paid nearly 2 grand and received £175 for all the mistakes tapi made And this was just for the beading issue and door bar issue. I have also noticed the beading in an area in the hallway coming off I'd be afraid to contact them again. I'd stay far from tapi as soon as they have your sale they do not care about customer service the store is very poorly managed and if any mishaps occur they will continually lie thier way out of it especially Ian the store superviser.
