I stopped in yesterday and Tahira threaded my eyebrows so beautifully and beyond her amazing skills, she is very sweet and friendly. Terrible experience of waxing. The assistant there was very rough while doing my waxing. When told to be gentle she retorted back saying she has 8-10 years of experince doing the job and it's how it's done!! Really??? She even asked after how many days I'm coming for waxing since my last time. How does this matter??? I left with the skin on my inners arms with bright red rashes that stayed till the next day in spite of rubbing gels on it. The next day they were itchy and some skin was peeling off at the edges. To make it worse, the owner instead of looking into this and correcting her staff started defending her. Please train your staff well and teach them soft skills too so that they don't embarrass us. It was my last visit for sure. Edit - these are pictures taken on the next day!
Have been going here for years now. Happy to support local business owners like Tahira ji. She is the only lady I trust my eyebrows with. Plus always so polite and professional.
She’s very pleasant and sweet to talk to… is absolutely great and quick in her work.. her eyebrow threading skills are too notch
I am so glad to have found this place! She's polite, quick and really knows her job well. It's been a few months since I started going here and ever since I won't let anyone else do my eyebrows!
I want to believe she knows what she’s doing when it comes to brows, especially since hers are so beautiful. I’ve been to her a few times and I’ve disliked my eyebrows more often than not. The other reviews confuse me because I don’t feel the same at all. The last time I went was my final straw. She said my brows have a shape and she knows what to do. Mind you, I’m VERY picky about my eyebrows and will tell you the details about how I do/don’t want it to look. She cut me off as I’m explaining to tell me she knows what to do but did the complete opposite of what i wanted. I left in tears because my brows matter to me and now to fro them back to what the used to be will Take Time. She will not be seeing me again
